NICAEA Launching, Inauguration, and Installation of the Mission Cross

May 1, 2022, marked the launching day of The Nicaea Center. This event coincided with the feast of St. Joseph and the birthday of our spiritual director, Fr. Segundo Chua III, MA. The Center aims to provide a home for those who are searching for a way of deepening their spiritual, devotional, and liturgical lives. We hope that many of these lives will be transformed by the healing and grace that will come from the sacraments and by the binding of psychological wounds.

The program was well-attended by several Latin Mass devotees from Our Lady of Compassion Chapel, delegates from Iloilo, as well as, the staff, family members, and some friends. Our resident training and workshop manager, Mika-el Yakobus Sitchon, hosted the event. Fr. Chao started with a prayer and then gave a short introduction regarding the purpose of the program, which at its heart will be working for the salvation of souls.

Dr. June Pearl Sanson gave an overview of the program that we will be implementing soon that revolves around psycho-spiritual integration. Marketing Head, Bonifacio Compio ended the program with a detailed and highly entertaining presentation of the Center's products and services.

Highlights of the event included the blessing of our Mission Cross and culminated with an agape feast for our guests.
